This is on the west side of the track, about 30 yards before the yellow lap line. Notice I've stripped my coat off and am down to a singlet, which was quite comfortable. I like this shot, because it's a candid shot of me running biomechanically correctly.
Paul Bonnett is just ahead of us. He got in laps whenever he could, sometimes only one or two, and rarely more than a dozen at a time.
Notice the pained expression on Cyra-Lea's face. Don't worry, this is how she usually looks when she runs. She's actually having a great time, but she needs to learn to relax when she runs.
