You can see here that the road is narrow, and except for places like this where there are turnouts, there is no shoulder to speak of, or safe spot for runners. They provide no traffic cones or police help along this road.

With no traffic around at 5:15 AM, and the incline not yet too steep, this was a pleasant place to run, but the return is a different story.
